Refund & Return Policy

By placing an order through Alpeire.com, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy. Due to the cosmetic nature of our products (and to protect the health and safety of all our clients) we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any product that has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging. No exceptions.

    • All issues with damage, defect, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery (based on carrier tracking).
    • Claims submitted after this time cannot be honored.
    • To process an exchange, you must provide clear photo or video proof of the damage. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the same item.
    • A return request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Products must be shipped back in original, sealed, and unopened packaging. Any evidence of use, broken seals, or alteration will void the return.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. We strongly recommend using a tracked method, as Alpèire is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.
    • Approved refunds for unopened items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the total refund.
  • For product safety, we cannot accept any return or exchange requests on orders delivered more than 30 days prior to the date of the request, regardless of whether the product has been opened.
